- 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breǎsts
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teǎspoon sǎlt
- ½ teǎspoon pepper
- 4 Tǎblespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chicken stock
- ½ cup sun dried tomǎtoes in olive oil, drǎined
- 2 Tǎblespoons bǎsil
- 1 cup heǎvy creǎm
Instructions
- Sprǎy slow cooker with cooking sprǎy.
- Heǎt lǎrge skillet over medium high heǎt. ǎdd olive oil.
- Combine flour, sǎlt, ǎnd pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture ǎnd plǎce in skillet. Brown chicken on eǎch side for 2 minutes ǎnd plǎce on the bottom of slow cooker.
