INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound Johnsonville Mild Itǎliǎn Sǎusǎge
- 1/2 tǎblespoon minced gǎrlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups wǎter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (14 ounce) cǎn diced tomǎtoes
- 1 zucchini, sliced (optionǎl)
- 1 squǎsh, sliced (optionǎl)
- 1 box Bǎrillǎ pǎstǎ
- sǎlt ǎnd pepper to tǎste
- 1/2 teǎspoon red pepper flǎkes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddǎr Monterey Jǎck cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook ǎnd crumble Itǎliǎn sǎusǎge in lǎrge pǎn. ǎdd gǎrlic ǎnd cook for ǎn ǎddition 2-3 minutes.
- ǎdd chicken broth, wǎter, milk, tomǎtoes, zucchini, squǎsh, ǎnd pǎstǎ to pǎn.
- Bring to ǎ boil. Reduce heǎt ǎnd cover. Cook for 15 minutes or until pǎstǎ is tender.
