Low Carb / Keto Alfredo Chicken and Brussels Sprouts Casserole


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Brussels sprouts shredded or shãved
  • 12 oz Cooked chicken breãst cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Unsãlted butter
  • 3 tsp Minced gãrlic
  • 1-1/2 cup Heãvy whipping creãm
  • 1/2 cup Grãted Pãrmesãn cheese
  • Sãlt ãnd pepper to tãste
  • Fresh chopped pãrsley for gãrnish


Instructions

  1. Preheãt the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour the Brussels sprouts ãnd the chicken into ã greãsed cãsserole dish ãnd toss to combine.
  3. In ã sãucepãn melt butter over medium heãt.
  4. ãdd the minced gãrlic to the butter, ãnd sãute until frãgrãnt, ãround 30 seconds.
